1. How does the booking process work?

Booking is done online. After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details regarding the activity.

Yes. If you cancel 48 hours or more before the scheduled activity time, you are entitled to a full refund. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time, no refund will be available.

3. Can I change the date?

In most cases, changing the date is possible after prior contact.

4. Will I receive an electronic ticket?

Yes. You only need to show the confirmation on your phone.

5. Is the activity safe?
