TWIN TICKET LORO + SIAM

Twin Ticket Tenerife is a combined ticket that allows you to visit two completely different places in Tenerife — Siam Park and Loro Park. One day you enjoy a water park, the other day animals and shows. No need to choose “either this or that”.

It is a great option for people who want to experience more, but without trying to fit everything into one single day. You visit each park separately, at your own pace.

Siam Park is a more active day — slides, pools, a beach and a bit of adrenaline. Loro Park offers a completely different atmosphere — walking, shows and sightseeing.

The biggest advantage of this ticket is flexibility. You do not need to decide immediately when to visit the second park. You can visit the first one and then use the second ticket later.

Important: from the moment you enter the first park, you have 14 days to use the second ticket.

• online tickets allow direct entry without waiting at the ticket office

Twin Ticket Loro + Siam

1. How does the booking process work?
   The booking is made online. After payment, you will receive your ticket as a PDF by email.
2. Can I cancel my booking?
   Tickets are usually non-refundable after purchase (depending on the provider).
3. Can I change the date?
   There is no need to change the date — you can visit the second park on any day within 14 days after entering the first one.
4. Will I receive an electronic ticket?
   Yes. You only need to show the ticket on your phone at the entrance to both parks.
5. Is the attraction safe?
   Yes. Both parks operate according to European safety standards and are regularly inspected.
6. Do I need previous experience?
   No. Both Siam Park and Loro Park are suitable for everyone — from children to adults.
7. Is hotel transfer available?
   The parks do not offer direct hotel pick-up. Free transport to Siam Park is available from the south of Tenerife, and a free mini train operates in Puerto de la Cruz for Loro Park. Paid transport from other parts of the island is also available.

8. What happens in case of bad weather?
   The parks operate normally. Under certain weather conditions, some attractions (mainly in Siam Park) may be temporarily unavailable. Refunds are not usually offered.
